Please read the following terms and conditions carefully regarding the tenure, withdrawal and maturity of your Debenture investment.
Debenture
Investment.
These terms define the applicable tenure, lock-in period, withdrawal conditions and processing timelines for Debenture investments.
Tenure & Lock-in Period
The Debenture investment tenure shall be 1 (One) Year.
The investment will remain locked for the complete tenure of one year from the date of investment/allotment.
No Withdrawal Before 6 Months
No withdrawal request shall be considered before completion of 6 months from the date of investment.
An exception may apply only where specifically permitted under applicable law and the applicable Debenture Agreement.
Emergency Withdrawal
In case of a genuine medical emergency, the Company may, at its discretion and subject to verification of supporting documents, consider a withdrawal request after completion of 6 months.
Any such withdrawal shall be processed in accordance with the Company's applicable terms, procedures and verification requirements.
Maturity Date
The investment amount shall become eligible for normal withdrawal only after completion of the agreed 1-year tenure.
The applicable maturity date shall be the maturity date mentioned in the Debenture document or certificate issued to the investor.
Withdrawal Request
After the maturity date, the investor may submit a formal Withdrawal Request to the Company.
The investor shall provide the required documents and details as requested by the Company for processing and verification of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Processing Time
After receipt and verification of the withdrawal request, the Company shall process the withdrawal.
The payment will generally be processed within 7–8 working days from completion/approval of the withdrawal process.
Working Days
For calculating the above withdrawal processing period, the following days shall not be considered as working days:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Applicable Bank Holidays
- Applicable Public Holidays
Accordingly, the 7–8 working day processing period shall be calculated only on applicable working days.
Important Notice
Investors are advised to carefully review their Debenture document/certificate and applicable agreement for the specific investment terms applicable to them.
In case of any discrepancy between these general terms and the applicable Debenture Agreement or document, the terms of the applicable agreement/document and applicable law shall prevail.
